The family of the late Billionaire Tom Cholmondeley is up in arms after MP Shah hospital reportedly refused to release the body of their relative.
Reports indicate that the family arrived at the hospital requesting to transfer the deceased to Lee Funeral Home for postmortem but were repulsed.
According to the relatives, they were uncertain on how Cholmondeley was handled at the hospital given that he was just undergoing a standard surgery.
“Everyone wants to know why he was taken into ICU after a standard procedure that is normally under local/spinal anaesthetic,” a family member stated.
Responding to the claims, the hospital’s CEO Anup Das refused to give a comment over the issue.
