The IDAS (International Development Advisory Services) unit focuses on understanding clients’ organizations and operations, and supporting them in delivering their development programmes. Our work for donors and philanthropic organizations includes providing programme and fund management services in the areas of private sector development and governance enhancement programmes. We also support the development and performance of international donors, international non-government organizations (INGOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs).
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
